After 2 decades of use by many of the top fighters in the world, we have realized that you do not have to be a fighter to use the TFW system, IT’S FOR EVERYONE but you do have to be a warrior.
A WARRIOR is defined as anyone that’s prepared to work hard and develop oneself in an effort to battle against their particular challenges in life.
Strength Training
Our strength training program is designed for any fitness level.
Proper strength training routines are essential for both men and women. Its essential for long term fat loss and a healthy life style. Our program is designed to increase overall strength, lean muscle and burn fat. We take the time to explain to you what proper technique looks like and demonstrate it for you every step of the way.
Hurricane
A staple in our system and our Signature FAT BURNING WORKOUT!!! You will never look at sprinting the same again. The hurricane is designed to raise your bodies metabolic rate, think about when you add more oxygen to a fire, it burns brighter and longer. Your body will be burning fat long after the hurricane is over.

Speed Strength
A fun and creative way to put a spin on some of the classic exercises. These low weight, low impact days are perfect to add into anyone routine to maximize recovery all while waiting to get to the next strength day.
Saturday Challenge Class
These larger group scaled days are sure to make you AND the rest of your team feeling confident in your abilities while also putting you just outside of your comfort zone. Ranging anywhere from coaches favorites, to seminar specific days, Saturday classes will always have you looking forward to the weekend even more
