I have done many workout programs. I have joined many gyms over the years.
It’s always exciting when you start a new gym.
You have new goals and all the intentions of going and working hard. But then life comes happens and soon the gym becomes way down the list of things to do or sometimes you feel uncomfortable because you can’t keep up or maybe you are at a gym that makes you feel like you don’t belong. Not at TFW.
One day my sister told me about an 8 week program called Training for Warriors. I was familiar with this program as I had an old trainer who was a part of TFW.
I figured why not.
I’ll go with her and support her and figured It would be just like all the other programs.
Boy was I wrong.
First of all, even though it is a group program I was given individual attention. I was shown the proper technique of how to do the exercises. I was encouraged to do things I never thought I could do. Every day was different so I didn’t get bored and I was challenged like never before. After the 8 weeks I wanted more so I decided this was the place for me.
That was over a year ago and I continue to go 3-4 times a week. I never feel intimidated. Im greeted with a big smile every time I walk through the doors. I have met so many great people who motivate me and encourage me every time I’m there. I’ve lost over 12lbs since then and have continued to keep it off!
I have never felt stronger.
If you have the opportunity to join the 8 week program I highly recommend it. This program will show you your potential and you too will realize this is the place for you.
