The 8 Week Warrior Challenge is a Safe, Introductory Fitness Program with training workouts designed for Men and Women. It is designed to ignite a fire under your belly, and to get you moving better, feeling better and living better.  It’s never too late to rapidly jump start fat loss, get super strong & feel like you can do anything!
Training For Warriors-Doylestown only offers the 8 Week (3) times per calendar year to people who are ready to BRING OUT THE WARRIOR WITHIN.  If you’re ready to burn fat, build muscle, and feel great again – then this may be the program you’re looking for.
This 8 week program is comprehensive with strength and conditioning training sessions, nutrition coaching, measurements, accountability platforms, and access to our coaches 24/7 to help you get from where you are to where you want to go.
Our coaches will hold your hand through this 8 week journey, so even if you’re just getting started, the challenge will meet you where you are at.
